North Tipperary County Council provides quality housing for persons who are unable to provide appropriate housing from their own resources, in accordance it's annual Housing Programme.
The Council provides quality housing by constructing housing estates and single houses at a number of rural locations. The Council also purchases new and second-hand houses to meet with particular needs. Furthermore, land is purchased on an on-going basis in order to provide for current and future needs.
